Funny story about Izzy with the hose. Nessa moved the pool to the backyard in between our visits so she decided to put in a bit more water and then Izzy found the hose and was waving it around and the girls were getting sprinkled and freaking out--I told them to get over it so they went and hid behind the slide.
Izzy wasn't quite done swimming, but she wanted to sit by the girls. Ellie started making pinecone trees by shoving a pinecone on a stick--pretty soon all the girls were doing it including Izzy who had a rather large stick and couldn't get her pinecone to stay on so she just held it in place.
Today, Venessa called and said she was stir crazy and wanted to go to Cherry Hill. Fortunately I had had a very productive day and the girls had been super helpful so we went for a half-day after 4pm and spent almost 4 hours there floating in the lazy river, playing in the kids' pirate zone, and Steve and Ellie went down all the slides. It was a fun evening and proved to be rather exhausting--darn lazy river. ;)
