My parents came into town on Friday so we invited them and my sister down for dinner. We let the kiddos play in the mud around the play structure which will soon be covered with pea gravel (sometimes Steve wonders if we just needed to make a mud field for the girls and not a big play structure--I keep assuring him they love the structure and will play on it). They had a ball. Siena eventually stripped naked which is why there isn't a picture of her posted here. They left these adorable mud hand prints all over the RV pad. Then they all got a quick shower before heading home.
Then we had Sunday dinner in Mountain Green and Ellie gave a fabulous Family Home Evening lesson about baptism. Grandpa even snapped a few pictures of her in her baptism dress. It was a nice relaxed weekend. We didn't get as much done in the yard as we would have liked, but we'll keep plugging away at it.
